Kendall Steele

A William H. Leary Scholar, Mr. Steele graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1988. Following graduation, Mr. Steele served as a law clerk for Justice Thomas L. Steffen of the Nevada Supreme Court until 1989. At that time, he passed the Nevada and Arizona Bar examinations and is currently licensed to practice law in both states as well as in Federal and Appellate Courts. From 1989 until 1993, he practiced law at a Las Vegas law firm, representing such clients as Albertsons, Broadway Department Stores, Checker Auto Parts, and Clark County in a variety of actions in both state and federal court.

From August 1993 to January 2000, Mr. Steele practiced law first as an associate and then as a partner with the Phoenix firm of Teilborg, Sanders & Parks. His experience there included numerous trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals involving a variety of clients and a broad range of issues with an emphasis on construction litigation, professional negligence, products liability, and personal injury claims.

Mr. Steele is currently a partner at Jardine, Baker, Hickman & Houston P.L.L.C. where he pursues an active litigation practice in both state and federal courts, focusing on civil/commercial litigation, construction defects, insurance litigation/suretyship, premises liability, product liability/personal Injury defense and professional negligence.

He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Nevada State Bar and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
