Mr. Rehling graduated from the University of Arizona in 1973 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1977. He is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, the United States District Court, District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has had an AV/preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell for 25 years.
After graduation from law school, he worked with Rabinovitz, Dix, and Rehling for 10 years in a general plaintiff practice, including workers’ compensation. Thereafter, he spent five years with the Arizona State Compensation Fund. In 1991, Mr. Rehling joined Jones, Skelton, & Hochuli, becoming a partner in 1996. In 2012, he joined Jardine, Baker, Hickman & Houston as a partner.
Mr. Rehling has been recognized in America’s Best Lawyers since 1999 and is a past co-chair of the workers’ compensation section of the State Bar of Arizona. His practice is limited to workers’ compensation, representing employers and insurance carriers, as well as advising employers regarding the ADA and FMLA.
